The school produce many publications throughout the year and we are always looking for new sponsors. Publications include our student planners - given to all lower school and sixth form students, Challenge of Management booklet for all Year 12, our prospectus and programmes for musical events and many more.

Current project - New Extension Refurbishment

We are currently working to raise funds to help equip our state of the art teaching block, which is currently under construction and due for completion September 2009 and need your help!

The new building will provide…

5 additional laboratories and 12 classrooms with supporting prep rooms

A ground floor IT room with networked computers and interactive resources

Departmental working areas for teaching staff

A purpose-built reception area to welcome parents and visitors with visitor parking

The project will cost in excess of £2.5 million. Whilst we have raised the funding for the building work from the Local Authority and Learning and Skills Council, we are working hard to raise a further £100,000 to help equip the new rooms and provide these exciting new facilities. We plan to fit out the new classrooms and labs with leading-edge technology, including interactive whiteboards to support teaching and learning to the highest standard. Our accommodation and resources have a major impact on pupil achievement and it is through the strong support of many parents and supporters through the Covenant Scheme that we hope to improve our facilities and further raise standards of achievement.

There are lots of ways that you can help the school with our fundraising. Our main focus this year is the new extension refurbishment however we are also looking at lots of other areas and if you think you can help please get in touch!
