Welcome to the HGS Science Department
The department is well established, with excellent results at Key Stage 3 (SATS), GCSE and A level. A high percentage of our Sixth Form students go on to study at University, frequently pursuing courses in Science, Engineering and Medicine.
Biology, Chemistry and Physics are taught by a team of specialist teachers. There is a strong emphasis on laboratory practical work in all subjects at all levels.
